Greg Spinks brings a unique combination of skills due to his sound commercial sense, strategic thinking and people engagement capabilities.
He has a wide-ranging background in organisational change management, and a successful record in operations management in manufacturing, logistics, S&OP, Sales Account management and IT.
Greg has led large scale change projects in business development and business closures in manufacturing and not for profit sectors. Other successful project management roles in merger and acquisitions have required compliance with ACCC.
Greg’s coaching framework facilitates transformational learning through whole system thinking and questioning from multiple perspectives. He has developed the Leadership Radar™ Coaching framework, to assist leaders in developing their leadership voice and clarifying priorities.
As an organisational psychologist and leadership coach, he has repeatedly been able to help leaders identify and build on their strengths and thinking capabilities, to enable them to overcome the challenges of the modern commercial world. With emphasis on the financials, authenticity and challenging dependency, Greg’s clients report an outcome of empowered independence.
He has recently stepped down as Board Chair of a private health insurance company, and has been a non executive director for over 10 years. He has significant governance knowledge and experience required for an APRA regulated environment.
