His most recent 7 years have been spent in the role of General Manager of Spicers NZ Ltd and prior to this as Manager of the International Trading Division of Spicers NZ. Significantly, he lead the transformation of Spicers NZ from a pure paper merchant to a truly diversified importer and distributor. John has an exceptional track record in business strategy, organisational change and key account management.

As a Sales Leader, I have successfully managed Tier 1 customer relationships and contract negotiations by drawing on my strategic planning and commercial skills to create value for the customer whilst protecting sales and profit growth.
